(Cancellations or Amendments)

The following steps are to be followed by the user should the traveler wish to cancel or amend a test booking generated from the site www.entrytestfiji.com.

All amendments for test appointments must be made directly on the embed “amend/cancel link on the booking receipt email that is received by the traveler. This is important as it will allow any cancellation or amendment made to the booking to be directly sent to the originally booked test facility or resort service provider. A copy will also be sent to info@entrytestfiji.com for tracking purposes. Please note that the booking of a test and the provision of a paid test at an approved facility is a mandatory requirement for travelers seeking to not stay at a Covid Approved hotel for the minimum 3-night requirement.

Amendment of a booking

  1. Carefully check original test booking details
  2. Retrieve booking receipt email.
  3. Locate/identify amend/cancel link at the bottom of email confirmation
  4. Click link.
  5. Fill in amendment template as per your requirements
  6. Receive response from entrytestfiji.com to confirm changes made to original booking.
  7. A copy of your amendment request will be sent to the Test facility or resort service provider.
  8. Cross check with your originally booked provider regarding your amendment request.

 

Cancellation of a booking

Please note that a traveler is liable to be penalized by the Fijian Government if found to be conducting unlawful actions for the false cancelling of a test booking. The cancellation of a test booking must only be done as a last resort prior to departure to Fiji.

A cancellation received outside the 48-72hr mandatory test window in-country will be ‘Non-Refundable’. This can either be for cancellation of bookings or refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances etc. All cancellations must be made in advance prior to travel date.

All EntrytestFiji bookings must be made within 72 hours of arrival into Fiji. RAT bookings made at CFC hotels/resorts are only available to guests who also have an accommodation booking. If you are not staying at a CFC resort within the 72hr test window, please book a test at a test facility near your place of residence. Only travellers 12 years and above will be required to undertake the in-country RAT.
